Alexandre Col had been with the Edmond de Rothschild Group for twenty years, as a member of the Executive Committee of Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild, head of the Asset Management division for Switzerland including the real estate asset management sub-division and head of the Multi-management division for the Group. In 2001, he launched a fund of hedge funds, which became one of the largest of its kind in the world, with more than 3 billion USD AUM. Alexandre Col also launched the first ever Swiss real estate SICAV, of which he has been Chairman of the Board until he left the Group in 2014. The total AUM under his responsibility reached more than 10 billion euros, of which more than one billion was dedicated to real estate. He has been on the board of many Luxembourg and Swiss regulated investment funds, management and advisory companies. In 2015 he joined Iteram Hottinger & Cie and founded ITERAM Capital and Stoneweg, these three companies are present in the European Union and in Switzerland and are involved in the fields of Asset Management, Wealth Management and Real Estate. Alexandre Col holds three degrees and two masters in the fields of business management, economics, political sciences and sociology and a Honoris Causa doctorate.
Michèle Barré began her career in 1987 in the audit department of Arthur Andersen. She then worked at the Headquarters of SGS in Geneva, first in Audit then in Human Resources. It is in 1998 that Michèle Barré joined Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild in the structuration of investment funds. In 2008 she became deputy director responsible for the Engineering Products function within the Asset Management department. Mrs Barré has been on the board of 2 investment fund advisory companies: Prifund Conseil S.A and Prifund Conseil Bahamas. She has also been a member of several internal committees at Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild (Coordination France, Luxembourg & Switzerland) and at the board of ITERAM Capital S.A. (Geneva). Graduated from University of Lausanne in Economic sciences for corporate management & Swiss law.
After a number of successful experiences in different groups such as Deloitte Core Luxembourg and CACEIS Bank Luxembourg, in 2003 Mr. Debra joined the company Alternative Leaders SA, authorised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier in Luxembourg as a Professional of the Financial Sector. Mr. Debra is a Delegate Director of Iteram Hottinger & Cie in charge of Compliance, Risk Management and Middle Office. Graduated in Accounting from the Haute Ecole Hemes of Liege (Belgium).
Britta Jaegde-Crott started her career in 1979 at the Deutsche Bank in Hamburg as private Banker and credit officer. She moved in 1986 to Brussels and became Head of Private Banking at Deutsche Bank Brussels. In 1992 she started working at Deutsche Bank Luxembourg SA initially as Senior Investment Manager and became in 2002 Managing Director and Head of Global Market team for Private Wealth Management, responsible for the BeNeLux region. After 30 years of Deutsche Bank she joined in 2009 Hottinger & Cie, Groupe Finnancière Hottinguer SA as Member of the board of directors and Senior Relationship Manager to develop Wealth Management clients.

Claude Messulam, Chairman
Claude Messulam started his career with Cetecom S.A in 1974, an import-export trading company, and joined Deloitte & Touche in 1976 where he worked for 14 years. He specialised in Banking & Financial Services, audit and advisory mandates. Claude Messulam was appointed Partner in charge of Banking & Financial Services for the French-speaking part of Switzerland. In 1991, he joined the Edmond de Rothschild Group where he worked for 22 years. He served as Chairman of the Executive Committee and CEO of Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild S.A., as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Prifund Conseil. Claude Messulam was also Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Edmond de Rothschild Group and supervised the strategy of the Group until his retirement in April 2012. He was a Board Member of the Holding Company of the Edmond de Rothschild Group and of Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild S.A. from May 2012 through June 2013. Claude Messulam holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Geneva and qualifies as a Swiss Certified Public Accountant. Claude Messulam is Chairman of the Boards of Directors of ITERAM Capital S.A. (Geneva), Iteram Hottinger & Cie S.A. (Luxembourg) and Stoneweg S.A. (Geneva).
Bernard Lozé is the Chairman and Founder of Lozé & Associés, a Paris-based investment advisory firm founded in 1991. He is also Chairman and Founder of Lozé Partners Vostok, a Paris-based M&A advisory firm focused on Russia, and of AL France, a financial research company. Bernard Lozé has also been Chairman of the Boards of the Kaltchuga Funds since 1993 and Vice President of the Dialogue Franco-Russe. He is a Member/Advisor of the Boards of Directors of several hedge funds and asset management firms. Prior to founding Lozé & Associés, Bernard Lozé was Vice President then Senior Vice President of EF Hutton and Shearson Lehman Hutton Europe. He holds a Diploma in Management from Université de Paris-Dauphine, France, and a Diploma in Economic Sciences and English from Université de Nanterre, France. Bernard Lozé has been nominated "Chevalier de la Légion d'honneur”, "Chevalier du Mérite Agricole", and “Commander's Cross of The Order of Merit of the Republic of Hungary”. He is an independent member of the Board of Iteram Hottinger & Cie S.A. (Luxembourg).
Prior to founding ITERAM Capital and Stoneweg in 2015, Jaume Sabater worked for over 10 years at Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild where he specialized in the fields of real estate markets and alternative investments. As head of a team of 20 people in charge of a portfolio of CHF 5 billion of financial assets, he led several real estate investments projects in Switzerland and abroad, including the creation of the first Swiss Real Estate SICAV (ERRES). A graduate in Economics, Jaume Sabater completed his education with a Master's from the University of St. Gallen. He is a member of the Executive Committee, as well as Chairman of the Investment Committee of the multifamily office, Universal Gestió. Jaume Sabater is the Managing Director of Stoneweg SA, a real estate company in Geneva.
